  • How often are the subscription's sent out? 
    • This is a monthly subscription service! All shipments will be sent out the first week of every month. 
  • Where is Lil Snugz located? 
    • We are located in Tennessee and at the moment have a storage facility we fulfill orders from. You are more than welcome to pick up your order locally if you’re near by or driving through! Shoot us an email with your order # and select local pick up at check out. Help@lilsnugz.com. 
  • When will I be billed?
    • All subscriptions bill on the 5th of every month, and ship out no later than 1 week after your payment has been processed successfully. We have a 15 day lee-way when signing up, so if you sign up on the 25th of the previous month, or the 4th of the current month, you will NOT be billed again on the 5th. 
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    • To cancel your active subscription, please email us at help@lilsnugz.com! We are available 24/7 and usually respond within an hour. *
  • Can I skip a month, or months?
    • Yes! Please email us at help@lilsnugz.com, we can adjust your account if you are planning to be out of town or would just like to pause the subscription. * 
  • I just ordered my first diaper box, when can I expect it to ship? 
    • Your first order will ship 1-2 days after you sign up and subscribe.
  • Can I return my diaper box?
    • Unfortunately, due to the nature of diapers, we are unable to accept returns.
  • What if I don't like any of the diapers I got in my subscription?
    • If you don't like anything that you received, email us! Help@lilsnugz.com, we will get back to you usually within an hour and make it right.
  • What will show up on my credit card statements?
    • Our billing will show up on all statements as "LSDSB". Plain, simple, discreet!
  • How discreet is the shipping?
    • Our diaper bags show up in unmarked plain packaging. They do not have our name on the shipping label either! The labels show shipped from "LS" and our warehouse shipping address.
  • How fast is the shipping?
    • Usually takes about 2-5 days depending on where you live! We are based out of the southeast coast and ship with USPS. 
  • What if my question isn't listed here?
    • Our email is always open! Help@lilsnugz.com, we usually reply within an hour. 
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • At the moment, we only ship to all 50 US states, Canada, and Mexico. We are working on offering shipping internationally, but it gets pretty pricey! We can make special arrangements if you live outside of the 3 countries listed. If you have any issues with your order, please feel free to reach out to us! help@lilsnugz.com
  • Do you ship to Canada?
    • Yes! If you have any questions or problems checking out, please email us at help@lilsnugz.com.

**IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE, THE TERM OF THE SUBSCRIPTION (4-6 MONTHS) MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE THE SUBSCRIPTION CAN BE CANCELLED.**

**IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE, YOU MAY PAUSE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 MONTHS WITHIN THE CALENDAR YEAR BEFORE YOUR TERM (4-6 MONTHS) HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THE PROMOTIONAL TERM (4-6 MONTHS) MUST BE REACHED TO ENABLE YOU TO PAUSE OR RESUME YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AS OFTEN AS NECESSARY.**
